I am an IT Manager at a small company (currently about 35 employees).  Being an IT Manager at a small company brings with it a lot of challenges and a lot of hats to be worn.  I plan to use this blog to share some experiences I have had and maybe problems I am currently facing.  I hope to get feedback and suggestions from others that may be facing similar problems as well.  Discussions will range from processes and policies to different technologies and software.  I hope you enjoy it.
